what about zen buddhism?
dose any one here agree with zen buddhist teachings or think its a waste of time, and why?
i know there are different types of buddhism, but im just on about zen.
no big reason, just wondering 
…and to those people who think its a cult, no other buddhism is and i dont think zen is either…

Zen training (meditation, chanting, bowing, work practice, koan study) reveals the ways in which our mind-habits inhibit our ability to remain present in each moment of life.
As practice begins to melt away these habitual responses to life, our inherent wisdom and compassion emerge.
Our life becomes filled with joy, generosity, curiosity, and creativity.
This is the fundamental spiritual expression of humanity.
It’s not religious, it’s not cultish, it’s not even Buddhism. It’s simply liberation.
