How can I find out the acidity of coffee beans or brewed coffee, and where can I get non-acidic?

I have been drinking Folgers and Yuban brewed coffee at home, — even with a big dose of cream — but I’m sure it’s very acidic. When I drink it, even with a big dose of 1/2-1/2 cream, — within five minutes, I develop fatigue and brain fog. People have told me, “Your coffee is too acidic.” So where do I get coffee that is non-acidic? What do I do?
And I’m pretty sure I have GERD. But I haven’t had esophageal X-Rays in a long time.

Acid from coffee, etc., can cause various (stomach/gastrointestinal) problems but never heard of acid having anything to do with fatigue and/or brain fog.
The fatigue in particular sounds more like the effects of caffeine (which affects people in different ways, and at different times):

…or perhaps something else in the coffee is affecting you… maybe the cream since high-fat things can cause GERD though not fatigue that I know of.

If you do have GERD, there are ways you can probably control it yourself:

Or doctors are pretty good with giving out the main drugs that help suppress GERD if not (H2 blockers, and proton pump Inhibitors); and some drugs now available over-the-counter can help for many.

If it did turn out that the acid in coffee was a problem for you (especially if you drink a lot), there are some “low-acid” coffees though, or you can brew your coffee in a way that decreases the acid such as with these two units:
