Pros and cons of Eco Friendly Companies

1 – What are the pros and cons of becoming a big business friendly environment (use of light bulbs low consumption, use of wood instead of bamboo, recycled cups, napkins, etc)? 2 – What are the pros and cons of a coffee shop (such as Starbucks) grind fresh coffee and shovel on site?
