Why is hunting and the euthanasia of wild animals like bears and mountain lions after they attack humans?
Vealy, when these animals as you mentioned attack people who have lost their fear of not human. This means that the animal can attack again. I thought for years that the capture and transfer of these animals was the best way to handle them. However, there are several cases of animals that are taken to have come into contact with humans and attacked after were relocated. I know this is a moral issue for many people but the risk of children attacked me do to support this action. The sad part is that not only bear or lion that this is done for. In the south, where crocodiles are present you can find signs saying not to feed them. Of course there are those who can not or refuse to read the signs. The next thing I know there are alligators in the boat ramps and swimming areas and must be caught and killed as well. Relocating them does not work as will try to return to home waters. Again, once they lose their fear of humans are a threat. I think a lot of attacks on humans are brought about by our own stupidity and arrogance of animal habitat. How often we hear from hunters to leave the trash behind the building in remote areas because it is a rather know there about wildlife. If we could educate more people about animals and their habitats, could possibly reduce this incidents.

Moondance $5.42 Van Morrison went a long way towards defining his wild Irish heart with his first two classic albums: the brooding, introspective Astral Weeks (1968), and the expansive, swinging Moondance. Moondance is that rare rock album where the band has buffed the arrangements to perfection, and where the sax solo… |
