Can you substitute white chocolate bark for white baking chocolate in a frosting recipe?
I am making Wilton’s White Chocolate butter cream frosting which calls for white baking chocolate (chopped). Can I substitute white chocolate bark instead? Will it change the consistency of the frosting? Thanks!
dont use the bark. you’d be better to buy a plain white chocolate candy bar w/o nuts and chop it up than to use bark. most bark (s) have other ingredients in them besides just chocolate or white chocolate
