Are these shoes okay with a tea-length wedding dress?

I don’t have my dress yet, I’m still looking but I know I want a tea length gown. Are these shoes okay? What about the color? My bridemaids are in pink with some yellow (like pastel colors) and we also have some light green throughout the wedding.
