Question about Vietnamese coffee …?
I recently bought a little Vietnamese coffee, the kind that makes one cup at a time. I like strong, but well-made coffee, which typically use a French or Italian press Moka. I like the Vietnamese for when you just want a cup. I have two questions. Is there some other name for this style of coffee maker? I get tired of saying / writing Vietnamese coffee. Is there a point to make stronger coffee? Should I use more than a teaspoonful of three recommended by the manufacturer? If you tighten the filter-top for over strong coffee, so that the compaction of coffee? Does anyone add sugar to the ground before the infusion, instead of the cup? Thanks.
These fun and types of portable coffee makers also are known as Vietnamese coffee filters. I also enjoy the strong flavor that produce these little wonders! Traditionally, Vietnamese Café uses milk condensed to complete and add a little sweetness to strong drink, and served with ice in the summer. Try using a tablespoon of a portion, up to 1 1 / 2 if you feel is not strong enough. For best results, do not rush your Vietnamese coffee. Be patient, a beer can take up to 5 minutes.
