Is drinking one cup of french vanilla instant coffee?
Is drinking one cup of french vanilla instant coffee in the morning with a little bit of 2% milk and 1tbsp of sugar bad when dieting?
No. You should not “diet” either — assuming you mean you are temporarily changing your eating style to lose weight — because you will just gain everything back if you go back to eating the same way. Instead, eat in small portions and slowly (eating fast tends to make people eat more than they need because they don’t realize they’re full until it’s too late). Drink a lot of water, too, especially in the summer or if you work out a lot (in order to replenish what you’ve perspired). This alone can make you lose weight and also reduce any bloating.
Also, French Vanilla instant coffee might actually already have enough sugar in it (unless you feel it’s not sweet enough — sugar is not bad for you, just consume it in small qualities). Never use artificial sweeteners.
