Am I doing good so far for my drug test? think Ill pass (smokers only)?
KIND LONG SORRY so ANYWAYyesterday I drank 3 litres of water..today I drank 1 1/2 litres I had a glass of emergen c the powder mixed with water which has lots of vtamins specially vitamin c an antioxidentsI also took a pomergranate pill 500mg and an antixoident pill..aside from that I had a glass of unsweetened iced tea then I had a hot cup of green & white tea..lightly sweetened with honey Im planing on drinking another litre of water and some cranberry juice..also gonna work out for 30-40mins..Ill also be doing this tomorrow up until thursday which is my drug test..which a few the night before Im gonna drink 1litre of water and a few cups of cranberry juice..then the day I have it Im gonna drink 1litre of water 1 hour before,exercise 2hours before and drink a red bull an hour before..also go pee at least 2 times before..an by the 3rd-4th time when I pee in the cup Im only gonna use midstream pee..think thisll work??
