Question about how much water we should drink a day…?
I know they say a person should drink like 64 oz of water a day but does that mean just water or can it be say like unsweetened ice tea or hot tea…sugar free drink mixes and such or is it strictly water?
Its not just strictly water, but it can’t be anything with caffeine either a caffeinated drink is said you deprive you almost 3 cups of water. so tea unless decaffeinated isn’t going to help. 8 glasses of water is how much water you should drink a day (about 8.5 – 9 cups) so the drink doesn’t have to be sugar free its just better for you not to consume all the calories.
