Does your microwave oven you sick?
A look at how microwaved food can negatively affect your health
You know what (besides a TV) is found in almost every home in America? It's a microwave oven. Because microwave ovens are quick and easy and does not occupy much space, used for preparing meals at home, office, and even restaurants. Even your favorite restaurant may depend on healthy these electrical devices for rapid heating and cooking. So the question here is –
If microwave ovens, and is that you can to eat food cooked in them?
Before seeing the science of how food cooked in the microwave can affect your blood chemistry and negatively affect their health, let's see a bigger picture and common sense process of thinking about this …
If you think about it from this perspective, the human digestive system evolved over tens of thousands of years to digest foods raw or cooked in water or heat. However, foods cooked by microwave cooking is a method completely foreign and unknown to the human digestive system.
It's just common sense that such a radically different method of cooking will alter the chemistry of food to negatively impact our health.
Now a little science …
Let's look at how microwaves work
Microwave are part of the entire electromagnetic spectrum of energy including light waves and radio waves. They travel at the speed of light – which is about 186,282 miles per second. So how does the oven heat food fast?
Inside the microwave, there is a "magnetron", which is a tube filled with electrons. The electrons in the microwave reacted with electronic and magnetic energy and wavelengths become micro. This is the radiation interacts with molecules food.
food molecules have both positive and negative, something like the way a magnet has a north and a south polarity. The electrons in the magnetron produce wavelengths that react with positive and negative parts of the molecules of food. The molecules of food and begins to vibrate, to several million of times per second. This molecular 'vibration' is what creates the heat in the food.
This agitiation deforms the molecules in food and creates new compounds natural radiolytic unknown to nature. These compounds are unusual in microwaved food has been shown to damage the blood, digestive system, and our immune system.
Microwave ovens have actually been around for about 40 years or so, but so far, only a couple of scientific studies have been made about them.
Research demonstrating the negative health impacts of eating microwaved
Extensive research, however, held in Switzerland and Russia in food cooked in the microwave and its effects on the human body. Both studies concluded that food has deteriorated significantly microwave nutritional value of food, misshapen protein molecules in food, and created new, radically unnatural compounds. Most alarming, not however, was that the health of the subjects deteriorated from eating microwaved foods.
Their findings include:
Blood hemoglobin (the component very important for transporting oxygen in the blood) decreased significantly after eating microwave food. increased white blood cell count (as made in response to infection). LDL cholesterol (bad cholesterol) increased and HDL cholesterol (good cholesterol) decreased.Carcinogenic (Cancer Causing) agents in the incidence of food increased.Higher scientists cancers. The Russia digestive system are the microwave scared enough to significantly actually prohibit its use – until recently.
When food is cooked in a microwave oven, we have:
Much less vitamin B complex, vitamin C, vitamin E, essential minerals and fats.Broken down and distort proteins.Loss of vital enzymes and phytochemicals. And here is a very interesting study on the germination of grain
The irrigated grain with microwave (and cooled) water is not even germinate or grow! It is quite obvious that the microwave changed the water chemically and destroyed its ability to power plant.
Ok, so maybe it is okay to heat only the leftovers in the microwave once in a while?
NO! In fact, heating food in a microwave oven heats unevenly, creating superheated spots and cold spots. The cool spots can actually accommodate the growth of bacteria such as salmonella, and ends with food poisoning.
In addition, using plastic containers or plastic wrap in contact with food, you get all nasty chemicals such as di (ethylhexyl) adepate, or DEHA, (a carcinogen), bisphenol A or BPA (a cancer causing agent in plastics) and xenoestrogens (Synthetic estrogen) in their food!
In a recent study found that cancer-causing ingredients in plastic wrap were 10,000 times the limit the FDA for safety!
Exposure to BPA, used in the manufacture of polycarbonate and other plastics, has been shown to cause reproductive problems and other dysfunction, and has been associated with cardiovascular disease and diabetes in humans.
Xenoestrogens are synthetic estrogens that seem unpleasant show everywhere. In men, xenoestrogens can cause low sperm counts and feminization (such as "man boobs" feared) and cancer breast and reproductive problems in women. Xenoestrogens promote weight gain around the belly and chest in men and women, shown in the form of fat in buttocks, hips, thighs and back of arms.
Thus, besides being unhealthy foods cooked in the microwave can be fat!
Parents should never be heated breast milk or formula in the microwave, not only warming the milk and scald your baby, but the microwave destroys valuable nutrients, enzymes and proteins vital for the growth of babies!
And here is something really scary: in 1991, one patient received blood that had been heated in a microwave oven. The patient died of a severe anaphylactic reaction to blood. The microwave created something totally unrecognizable the body!
If you want to be safe, healthy and lean, avoid microwave, completely. Personally, I threw my microwave for about 6 years and have not even lost!
Alternatives are much healthier and better:
Eat vegetables and preferably raw fruits or cooked if saute lightly (with a little water and a little butter grass) or steam until tender crisp in a pan on stove.Heat water for tea, etc in a pan or kettle instead of a microwave oven or better yet – is getting a hot water tap, I love these things Plan ahead and thaw frozen food leftovers refrigerator.Heat simmer ALL in a skillet or in a toaster oven aluminum! paper (still only 4-5 minutes to heat leftovers) If you must use a microwave oven (and I do not know why I would!), only use glass bottles instead of plastic.Or you may want to try this – small countertop convection ovens are ideal for cooking food faster and more evenly than a conventional oven or stove. My favorite little convection oven the oven Flavorwave U.S. Wellness Meats, a great site grazing for beef too!
You can actually cook a frozen 15 oz ribeye is 20 minutes and is delicious, soft golden and juicy. These convection ovens little grilling, baking, frying, grilling, grill or steam your favorite foods, including meat, poultry and vegetables. It takes time 20 to 30% less than a conventional oven energy and uses 75% less.
This is a much healthier choice than a microwave ov cause cancer, nutrients, robbing,
