Sipping on my freshly ground, I understand the dilemma. I can not say no But the coffee and cycling are a good mix. Some suggestions: 1. Get caffeinated before leaving. 2. You can always bring a thermos steel well in your backpack or purse. Transport and consumption of coffee during any training ride is counterproductive. You will end up dehydrated, and certainly not carry it potential.
