Need advice on natural supplement to trade coffee for?
Well, I am a heavy coffee drinker. It gets me in the mood to get things done. Actually the caffeine gives me the energy I need each day. Are there any natural pills etc, that would be safer and give the same effect? Also, please let me know if you personally tried something and noticed the effects. I know there are alot of sales out there that may want to recommend this and that but I prefer personal experiences please.
I did a cleanse and I no longer need caffeine/coffee in the morning.
There are also “accelerator” pills that are all natural.
