Is it ok to drink jasmine tea while being pregnant?
I’ve just came back from a long chilly walk…I am in the mood for my fav tea: Jasmine tea…but I don’t know if I should?
I am almost 12 weeks pregnant.

For me, I tried to avoid caffeine all together as much as I could. But when I got to my 8th month, I was craving tea so bad every morning for breakfast so I broke my own rule a litte and had DE-CAF tea (just one cup/day). But even the books say that in moderation is fine. Like it’s ok to have one cup of coffee and a can of coke a day is ok. So, I think jasmine tea would be just fine. Anything too herbal, I’d try to avoid or check with your OB.
