Can you drink purely tea?
I really like teas, and I drink a lot of iced tea from a company called ito en (they’re japanese). Their tea is purely organic. It has no adiitives, colors, sugar, etc, and as a result it has no calories because tea doesn’t have calories. So I’m wondering, what would happen if I drank nothing but this tea? Would that be healthy, could I get sick?
If you mean that tea is the only beverage you consume, perfectly fine and very healthy. I hope you don’t mean that you only consume tea. You have to also include food in your diet.
