Is green tea good effective for losing weight at all?
I drink lots of japanese green tea, almost like water we need. I have it like 3 teabags at once in a big mug. I have it after meal, then like 2 hours after that, i am up for nature calls. feels great and really empty stomach after that.
i think it also lose out gas. i burp like crazy, after a warm green tea after meal.
latest research is indicating green tea is not effective in losing weight.
