How do I create a homemade tart warmer?

Well, for a little background information, I accidentally bought a tart. I was wondering if there was anything I could concoct to warm it, seeing as I have little at my dorm in the way of potpourri. Possibly useful tools include candles (fire), a tea boiler (no stove, electric), and lighting. Obviously I am unsure of what could or could not be useful. Of the top of my head, though, these are the things in my dorm that create warmth. I might have missed a few.

I am not sure if you are near any, but they sell tart warmers at the dollar stores around here. You use an unscented tea light candle to heat the tart when using a tart warmer. Place the tea light candle under the metal or glass bowl that is just above the tea light, put the tart in the bowl and it will eventually melt down. I do not think it would be safe to make one. I guess you could cut the top off of a soda can and then cut out part of the side so you could place the tea light candle inside it. Then you would have to put a small glass or tiny metal pan on top of the can. The only other thing that comes to mind for it would be to crush it up into a powder and sprinkle it onto the tea light candle. As it burns it will melt and release the smell. Whatever you do with it be safe and only burn it while you are home. Good luck…
