Shampoo and Conditioner is best for my hair?

For months I have been using Head & Shoulders to wash the hair as I have a dandruff problem. Recently, however, a hairdresser told me that is too strong for my hair. He also told me that my dandruff is the reason for my oily scalp. I want to find a shampoo and conditioner is best for my hair properly nourish and cleanse my scalp. Someone told me Paul Mitchell tea tree is good. Is it? Any other suggestions?
