What Asian serving tea? Name of the wooden tray?
When I was in China, tried to take the tea shops, and always flay saw a wooden tray with holes used to wash the tea cups and throw away the first cup or two of tea preparation. Apparently, the first cup contains small leaves that can irritate the throat and the taste is more astringent, so that the tea is poured into the tray before the first cup is served. I would buy one of these trays, but have no idea what they call. Any ideas?
