where can you find traditional english high tea in singapore hotels? not buffet styles.?
i like the high tea to be served in like 3-tier tray, not on the buffet style table.
If I’m not wrong, I think four seasons hotel does high tea this way. If not, you can try electic attic at Plaza Singapura , they are an antique shop/restaurant that serves high tea all day. Heard they are not bad. OR try Raffles Hotel’s Tiffin room, I think they might have it. If all else fails, let me direct you to Makansutra, www.makansutra.com .
