Dry storage of food in plastic containers and health problems?

In case of dry food ingredients such as sugar, instant coffee, tea powder, ice cream, nuts, flour, etc. are stored only in plastic food safe? Or any container Plastic is OK? I'm worried about plastic leaching into the ingredients, which can cause serious health problems. I know it's no good food store cooked in plastic containers unsafe. But do they have the same ingredients for dry foods too? Clarify please.

Are you talking about food storage long term, or just the kind of everyday items? In the long term, I mean buying items in bulk, and storage for several years in your pantry? Next, you should always use food grade plastic food storage support. The most common are food grade five gallon plastic buckets. Never, ever store your food, even in a plastic food container degree in a bare earth or concrete floor. Despite of being plastic buckets, there is still air and moisture exchange. Most people do not realize that even though a food product is plastic there is still an exchange of air and moisture to the outside air (even in food-grade containers.) The only way around this is to use quality mylar bags food and their food stamp before placing in plastic food grade buckets and seal the buckets. Nuts will keep only 1-2 years, no matter what well sealed. The oils found in nuts to make it start to go rancid. Coffee and tea also have a short shelf life of 6 months to 2 years.
