Does anyone know the name of the tea room close to Victoria Station?

I passed it while a little bit lost looking for something else and didn’t note down the name or street it was on, but I’d like to go there. I remember we came out of the rear entrance of the station (up the stairs and through the palisades shopping area) and turned right, but I can’t remember if it was before or after the shopping arcade area opposite the station (where you get the Mega Bus from).
