How to mix Whey Protein.?
I have just bought some Body Fortress Whey Protein. These are the stats are directions:
Each serving (25g) contains;
98 kcal
17.62g Protein
etc
Adults ; blend one level scoop to 1/2 cup (125ml) of what,juice,milk etc.
The problem is I don’t have a scooper so can anyone tell me how much that would be table/tea spoons. Also how big is a 1/2 cup because I have a measuring jug that has 1/2 cup marked much higher han 125ml’s worth.

How many servings a day should someone take?
If this is it then 1 serving size is 33 g. My ON 100% whey is about 30 g per serving which is 70 ml or about a 1/3 of a cup.
A cup is 250 ml. How much you take depends on a number of things. Some people just take a couple of scoops on work out days.Mostly to save money. There must be a scoop in there. Sometimes it gets hidden under the protein powder and you have to dig around. As for the 250 ml of fluid any reasonable amount will do so don’t worry about that.
