"Should I open a tea room in Lafayette, Louisiana?"?

I would like to open a tea room in Lafayette, Louisiana, but I want to know if there was a market for it. Anyone who lives here, I would appreciate your opinion!

I and 26 / boy or divorced. I love sweet tea. I prefer more of coke, or soda. The the only place I know that is served here in Lafayette is Krystal, Checkers, Chick-fil-A, Raising Cane and Texas Road House. But if you open one I would take a look. I hope not.
