What is the perfect way to make a large quantity of Green Tea?
I plan on making a pitcher of about 3 quarts of green tea. But I’m not sure how to make it just right without making it bitter and still having that full flavor.
Unfortunately all i have is tea bags of green tea, no loose leafs. (and i don’t plan on buying them so please don’t suggest it…)
So with that being said, does anyone know how I should/can go about making this tea the best it can be?
Please include how to achieve the right water temperature for steeping and how long i should steep the tea. Also it would be nice to know how many bags i should or shouldn’t use…

i would use 4-7 bags for 3 quarts depending on how strong you like it. Bring water to a boil, remove from heat and let sit for 1-2 minutes before pouring over the bags. Then cover your container and let it steep for about 5 minutes. If the color looks right to you then remove the bags or continue steeping for a stronger tea.
