Can anyone give me instructions on how to make Halloween luminaries out of paper bags and tea lights?
The info I need is how to put the paper bags together to make the design.
Draw your design on the bag. Punch holes following the outlines. Put about 3″ of sand or kitty litter in the bottom of the bag. Set the tea light into the sand or litter. Be careful when lighting it. Once they are lit, the light should show thru the punched holes, revealing the design.
