Help, my skin is breaking out really bad in places it never did before?

Since September, I have been getting huge zits in places I’ve never had them before. It first started with a giant, painful zit on the left side of my face. There is still a faint pink spot left where it was. I got another one 3 months after that I got rid of with a blackhead extractor and it bled, but it has completely disappeared. When I was 17 I started getting zits, but they were always on my forehead and in my between the eyes area….now I have one appearing on my chin and two NASTY painful ones in between my eyes! All I drink is water and green tea. What the hell is happening? I am 19. All I have is St. Ive’s Face Wash but it isn’t for acne. What do I do? I change my pillowcases nightly, but still…and I don’t think I can afford a dermatologist. I look terrible…please help.

There are a couple of important things health wise. First you have to get “ALL” fried foods out of your diet as in french fries, hash browns, fried chicken, etc. because of something called free radicals, which, among other things, causes acne.

Also, no margerine, no cooking oils (they go rancid sitting on the shelf), no shortening. Use real butter for cooking and baking.

Then, you have to get something called essential fatty acid soft gels or liquid. These give your body the healthy fats it needs to keep you skin healthy. This should vastly improve your situation.
