Should I let me two year old have decaf tea?
I am usually very health conscious when it comes to what my little girl and my family eat and drink. I drink decaf tea from time to time and my little girl keeps asking if she can have tea. I don’t let her have anything except milk and juice (watered down very much) and plain water with lemon. I am uneducated on tea and toddlers—is this healthy? I don’t want to start any bad habits, especially not this early on in the game.
Uncaffinated tea is not completely free of caffeine and should not be given to toddlers. It was good of you to check, as most people are not aware that decaf tea still has caffeine!
