What can I use and reuse instead of plastic 1gl milk containers?

I LOVE to use and re-use 1gl plastic milk containers for iced tea, and koolaid, but since all this news is coming forth about the hazards from the plastic seeping into the product, I am concerned….. WHAT CAN I USE INSTEAD that is very similar, and where do I find them?
Why this category?? Because parents know everything.

i think its probably ok to use them a time or two after the initial product was in them. also, i will use things if i know whatever we are drinking and eating out of them will quickly be emptied and not SIT in the contrainer very long, which to me, seems like where the contamintion would come from, it just sitting in the container, absorbing it. but thats just what I think. they sell alot of plastic ware too, there are certain numbers on the bottom of plastic ware that state if it is ‘safe’ or less safe, to use, i cant rem. which numbers are the better ones, but there definatley is a catergory. I like walmarts stuff, rubbermaid or whatever the plasticware they sell, i LOVE their drink containers
