Did I eat healthy today? Was it too much? Feedback please?
Hey so the reason I’m asking this is because I’m really unsure about how much I should be eating, and whats a normal amount?
I’m 16, female, 5’4.5 and weigh 108 lbs
Breakfast- 1 piece toast with 100% nut spread and honey, 1 container of stewed fruit and a glass of skim milk
Morning snack- 10 almonds and a yakult
Lunch- 1 avocado, chicken and salad roll and an apple
Afternoon tea- 1 small skim latte
Dinner- 1 piece of toast with a slice of low fat cheese and a can of chili tuna
Dessert- 1 carton of fruit puree with a handful of muesli on top
Later- 1 glass of skim milk and some hot choc powder
Is that ok???????????
lets roll is really dumb and dreams can tak you anywhere is dumb too.
You need the Avocado and the Nuts for protein. THe Skim latte was a good source of milk and Yakult is Fine!
