What do you think of my emergency kit at home?

I am planning to do a lot of camping around the Algonquin Park area this summer, so I thought it might be a good idea to beat a survival kit. This is what is in it: "It s all contained in a Pelican (sealed) 1020 cases with an automatic purge valve pack waterproof matches, mirror (for signaling and for the parties exhausted)-colored trash bag orange (for housing and signaling), tea bags sugar, candy, brown sugar and oatmeal (to keep blood sugar), paper Aluminum (2 25cmx25cm sheets, folded up), knife field complaint with scissors, can opener, etc. bandages and sterile pads, needle and thread tape Some duct-ve I also meant to put in a light string of paper and pencil, a book of things like what is edible and what is not, and compass all that big forget? Any other suggestions?? OK thanks guys! I end up throwing in some fishing hooks, some sinkers, and line number as well as bags Ziploc and Asprin, but now I'm fresh out of space. Thank you very much!

I would add some monofilament line and hooks. The line can be used for everything from making a catch, tying and fishing shelter. Plus it's very light. (You never know when you need them) (this is often included in military survival kits.) also throw in a box of steel wool and a flint stone. Great starter home fire for more or lightweight blanket, throw in space blanket. Lightweight, small footprint and keep you warm. and absolutely, do not forget the medicine cabinet first.
