How does a British high tea?
I can ask many teas and accessories authentic, but only one store that I know that actually serves high tea and it is very close to me.
A snack is offered any substantial food, like eggs or meat. Is not sensitive a porcelain cup of tea with sandwiches younger Americans think. That would only be a fantasy "tea." snack food, and this is a is what Wikipedia says about it: The high tea "high tea (also known as meat tea) is an early dinner, usually eat from 17:00 to 18:00 night. It would come as a substitute for afternoon tea and dinner. It is now largely replaced by a dinner later. It usually consists of meats, eggs or fish, cakes and sandwiches. In a family, tend to be less formal and is an informal snack (sandwiches, cookies, pastries, fruits and the like) or else is the main evening meal. On farms or other working class environments, "snack" would be the traditional food eaten by the workers substantial immediate at nightfall, and afternoon tea combined with the main meal of the night. "
