whats a good coffee/expresso maker thing to get for my parents for christmas?
my dad is a big fan of coffee and like specialty drinks and my mom is a big fan of tea. i want to get some kind of coffee maker or something to get them that will satisfy both. i have no idea what to get, or what the do. like i dont even know the difference between a coffee maker and an expresso maker….like im confused. i was looking at the tassimo, but it looks like you have to buy those funky t-disks and i thought that would be expensive. do you HAVE to buy the t discs? or can you just use your own stuff (which is what im trying to get). anyways. can someone help me with thiss? oh and money isnt a factor for the actual maker, but i dont want to have the hassle of them having to buy dumb overpriced little things just to use it because they will definitely want to use it like everyday. yeah. okay thanks 
If your dad love drinks like latte or cappuccino, you will need to get an espresso machines. Many good espresso machines are quite messy to use and it takes some time to learn how to use them properly. One espresso makers that is relatively easy to use and that uses loose coffee is Capresso Ultima:

For your mum, some suggestions I have is swissgold tea filter (although very cheap, it makes excellent tea and it is very convenient) or Frieling tea maker – you should be able to get them both at amazon.com
