Anyone with Yogi detox tea drinking and then I felt very sleepy, very sleepy I mean?

Yogi Detox Tea contains a lot of different ingredients. I know that contains skullcap, which has a sedative effect. Is likely to contain other herbs that have this effect. Could unless you are particularly sensitive to one of these herbs. Have you compared the effect of drinking herbal tea others? In general, drinking hot liquids, relaxes the body. If you I was tired, but just do not really notice it because I was a bit overrated, this relaxation could put over the threshold and make you feel everything is dream. — As a side note, my personal opinion is that detox teas are unnecessary. Your body detoxifies – the best way to detox is to eat a healthy diet and balanced, varied, free of processed foods and drink plenty of water (but not too much water), and exercise regularly but not too much. The idea is to give your body a little all, bring back into balance, rather than insisting on being subjected to a lot of one thing (an ingredient, or a lot of exercise). That said, I think other Yogi Teas are a little more legitimate as its medicinal effects go.
