I would like to grind my own flour, what equipment to use. A coffee and spice grinder to do?
I have a small cafe ray sun and spice grinder and use it for other things. They told me they can be used for purposes of flour too, but I found that the wheat becomes fine powder, but not as fine as flour is store bought. As I live in Sydney, Australia, where I can find these devices?
You need a flour mill made. I'd be careful with these other devices. flour dust is highly explosive! You can also buy hand mills.
