Coffee lovers: what do you think is the best coffee in the world?
I’m a big coffee addict. I can’t go without my coffee before school, or any morning. And I’ve tried several brands, but I don’t know what a good, really good coffee is to get and stick with is. I have tried:
Gevalia- pretty good.
Chock Full O’ Nuts: okay
Morning Blend: almost tasteless
Eight o’ Clock coffee: just average
And no Folgers or nescafe because I have tried them and don’t like them lol.
But in your opinion, what’s your favorite coffee? (a coffee that can be brewed in a regular coffee machine)

As a chef and having worked around the world, I have been to Sweden and have had Gevalia, I like the German on Tscibo Gourmet, from Austria Juleus Meindl President, I just recent had the rare Civet cat coffee off of the Oprah Winfrey show, now I have a connection so I do not pay $150 a pound, here in Canada most of our non discount grocery stores sell open stock/self serve whole bean coffees, I get a bit of 4, Moka Java, House Blend, French Roast and if they have a Kenyan or a Costa Rica, I grind mine at home, that is the best way, get a small burr grinder, and even 8 O’clock will taste 10X better.
