are you allowed to hit someone in your way on special teams?
I know this sounds like a stupid question but last year i was on special teams for football and my team was kicking so I run and there’s a guy just standing there waiting for us to come. i ran around him and tried to tackle the guy who had the ball. Could I have just laid him out without having a penalty?
sure you could, that would be a clean hit. as long as you don’t lean in with the helmet.
