Having trouble loosing weight?
I am eighteen years old I am five feet-five inches tall and weigh one hundred and seventy pounds. I wouldn’t say I was fat but, yes I am over weight.
I am making it my number one goal to go to the gym for thirty minutes a day for five days out of the week for forever. Most of the weight I have seems to be on my waste, my stomach, and my inner thighs.
I don’t know how to really eat healthy.
> Morning I will have cereal like co-co-puffs
>Two hours later have a small bag of cheez-its with a bottle of iced tea snapple that lasts me until 2:00pm
>Lunch I’ll have the school lunch with sometimes an ice cream
>Go home and most times snack on cheese crackers and grapes
>I dont really eat dinner but when I am working (I work at DQ) Ill have like a shake or chicken or a fudge bar.
What works and does anyone try dieting pills> If you do and they work tell me what kind they are and how do you make them work?
One thing: Drink water. It regulates your body.
Second: Eat your three meals a day. (Healthy Meals!!!)
Third: Eat Special K cereal instead of chocolaty sugar in a bowl.
Fourth: DO NOT eat anything from DQ or any other fast food place.
Fifth: Keep up with your gym workouts.
Keeps in mind that you can break your diet every now and then and have a little snack.
And diet pills don’t work.
