(Usually have a slice of ham with wholemeal bread but today i idn’t)
Half a tin of sweetcorn
half a pepper
cucumber
apple
tea:
Today i had two small jacket potatoes with a small amount of cheese
drank:
two cups of tea and water
supper:
a small yogurt
There’s no meat in your diet. You need more protein and more healthy carb. How do you have energy for the day? Fish is good for you and lean, Chicken is great. Plz eat more.
