loosing at least 10 pounds in 3 weeks but i have no idea how
ok, well i need to loose 10 pounds and i have about 3 weeks to do so.
im starting of tomoro buy fast walking for 30 mins every day
my diet is not hard nor easy. i am constantly drinking ice water. i have lots of fish and chicken and i love my salads with verry light dressing. i also have carbs but only whole wheat.
i eat 3 times a day, and snacks of apples and peaches with water in between if im hungry.
i also have a drink of slim tea before i go to bed.
now i need to know what im doing wright and wrong, how i can improve.
i dont just want to lose 10 pounds, after the 3 weeks i want to maintain it or even loose more.
do u have any certain tips? any websites? ( if u send me a website, please dont send me anything were i have to dowload and pay for anything because i cant afford any of that )
see .. even thow i exersize and eat right i only maintain my weight and there is no change in the mirror. pls i really need to know what im doing wrong!
I think it’s because you are ONLY doing 30 minutes of fast walking. You are going to need to get more cardio in there. How about instead of walking you move your legs a little faster and do some jogging with some sprints in there, like between light poles or for 15 seconds out of every minute?
You sound like you’re eating right, maybe you can do smaller portions?
And yes, I know it’s not healthy but maybe dehydrate yourself right before your 3 week goal to lose a little water weight if you really need to lose the last few to get to 10.
