I’m on Slimming World Green day…am having jacket and beans for lunch…what can I have for afters?

No fruit as I am up to eyeballs with fruit and veg today! …has to be syn free too as I am saving syns for tonights dinner…

I’m personnally not on the diet but my mother is and at the moment she has two faves which I end up making the first is:

Yogurt Jelly

1 Sachet Sugar free jelly dissolved in 1/2 pint of hot water then topped up to 1 pint with cold water
2 Add 250g natural yogurt to the Jelly and stir in
3 Add fruit if you wish to the jelly, pour into bowls and leave to set
(This is about 1/2 syn for the lot)

This is good with something like strawberry jelly with mixed fruit. And you could always serve with a muller yogurt on the side.

The second is:

Chocolate mousse

1 Take 1 Sachet of gelatine, dissolve in 100g of boiling water, leave to cool down
2 Mix three sachets of options hot chocolate, 500g of natural low fat fromage frais, and 5-6 tablespoons of granulated artificial sweetener (depends how sweet you like it).
3 In another bowl whisk 2 egg whites until stiff peaks
4 Add cooled gelatine to the fromage frais mixture then pour carefully on top of the egg whites and gently fold it all together, put in the fridge and leave to set for about an hour.
(5 syns in total for all of the mousse)
