can roaches be the size of a ant?

I saw this really tiny roach, the size of an ant, light brown, with long antennas. It’s really skinny. Does this sound like a roach? I dont know what the hell it is but a smushed it with a shoe. I’m worried bc my landlord warned us that if we saw small roaches let him know asap because they multiply fast but i dont know for sure what it is! It came out of my vent and yesturday i saw one on my coffee table.

It could have been. If your landlord warned you it is more than likely. If you still have it save it for your landlord. But let him know. Not everyone has landlords that will do something right away. You are lucky.
