How can I roast coffee beans with out them losing their antioxidants?
I have read that roasted coffee has lost its antioxidants in the roasting process. How can I roast my beans so I can get the good flavor without losing the antioxidants, like Caffe Sanora and their Healthyroast process?

The lighter you roast the beans the more flavor/caffine/antioxidants will remain in the coffee, thus don’t roast them too dark.
