Is drinking one Red Bull a day the same as drinking 2 or 3 cups of coffee?
As far as caffeine content goes that may be true. But it’s not only the total amount, but also how fast you consume it. Drinking a single Red Bull in 5 minutes probably creates a higher blood pressure than drinking 2-3 cofees during 3 hours.
