Is red food color ok while pregnant?

I’m 33 weeks pregnant, and i’ve started brewing some raspberry leaf tea to help with my pregnancy. I’ve been making big batches of iced tea and sweetening it with Raspberry sugar free crystal light (because i have gestational diabetes) I’m 33 weeks along and it seems that all the baby has left is to get a more fat on his body. Anyways, is there any danger in consuming red food coloring?

LOL @ yuki above. Red produce does not contain red food dye! Anyway although food dyes aren’t really all that healthy for people in general, they are totally fine in moderation. I wouldn’t be too concerned. Good luck.
