Is the presence of “Successories” motivational posters in a workplace, a sign that the business will crash?
You’ve seen those posters. They sell them at the mall, and the people who buy them are usually managers of horribly run businesses.
They usually have pictures of kayakers with a caption saying “Teamwork”, or a bunch of guys climbing a mountain, and the caption says “Dedication”, etc. Things like that.
Aren’t these posters convenient substitutes for real values?
Is the presence of these posters in a company’s workroom, or meeting room, or kitchen, or offices… a sign that the company will one day soon crash into the ground?
no they r not and they don’t belong in the work place.
