how to remove scratches from a plastic coffee tumbler?
its REALLY bothering me…(i might have OCD)
i just bought this starbucks coffee mug/tumbler after losing my other one. so i brought it home and washed to using an abrasive sponge and now theres tiny scratches all over it. i tried to use toothpaste on it, and it didn’t work. i tried 3 different kinds, including aquafresh. what else can i do?
I know there are eyeglass scratch repair kits (sold in the pharmacy aisle at Target, Walmart, etc.)
That would be the easiest remedy to repair the scratches (as you need something that would fill in the scratches.)
I’m sorry that I cannot offer any home remedies on how to fix the scratches….though car wax or car polish may conceal it…it could possibly ruin the mug.
