How do people prefer to eat their raw organic fruits and vegetables, juicing, or in a blender?
I drink an organic raw shake that consist of different vegetables and fruits daily, acai, cacao, apples, bananas, kiwi, spinach, celery, raw honey, kelp, etc… I take it every morning to absorb alll the nutrients on an empty stomach, and the effects are amazing, but I would like to know how people prefer to eat their fruits and vegetables, that’s if they eat any:(
Organic fruits or vegetable means no chemical are used on the plants. Nowadays most the the fruits and vegetable are grown with chemical and insecticides. Even the worms and pests do not eat these. So think of the consequence we eat these everyday. Of course it is hard to grow them and it is often very difficult to get rid to insects, pest and worm. This is why organic type of food are very expensive compare to normal food. It also taste different and look different.
