What’s the best way to brew (prepare) Hawaiian Kona Peaberry coffee?
I found this in the Internet:
http://www.streetdirectory.com/food_editorials/beverages/coffee/kona_peaberry_coffee_is_pleasantly_aromatic.html
I would like to have other poinions.
How does it taste if prepared like an espresso?
To start with do not grind the beans till just before your ready to brew.
Using a French Press style coffee maker is the best for any kind of coffee.
But for the Kona it should make it an even more enjoyable coffee experience.
Use cold filtered water bring the water just to a boil before using.
Grind beans, pour ground coffee in to French Press then add hot water slowly.
Fill to 1 inch from Press lip stir with spoon to distribute.
Wait 1 to 5 minutes put lid on press slowly and enjoy.
