Had a big roast beef dinner, now for tea there’s cold meats, cheeses and salads. What pudding would you choose
1. Fresh cream strawberry trifle
2. Lemon cheesecake
3. crepes filled with hot black cherries in cherry liquer (Kirsch) and vanilla ice cream
4. chunks of pineapple, mango, strawberries, big black grapes and banana to dip in three types of chocolate sauce (white milk and extra dark)
5. Tropical fruit salad (pineapple, mango guava, passionfruit, lychees, kiwi fruit, papaya) served with whipped cream or ice cream
6. Peach melba (with homemade peach and vanilla icecream)
7. Banana splits
8. Deep dish toffee crunch and apple pie (cream, custard or icecream)
9. Hot fudge Sundae on a choc brownie
10. trio of sorbets, lemon, blackcurrant and pasionfruit.
11. Rhubarb crumble
12 All of the above!
